SNPW team is looking for a Finance Supervisor to join our organization and oversee financial

planning, analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial operation.

JOB OVERVIEW

Oversees daily finance and accounting operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies, supports budgeting and financial planning, and coordinates with auditors and internal departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial management practices, including statutory and compliance obligations.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or audit functions.
  • Ability to contribute to financial control and management processes.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong team supervision skills.
  • Capability to interpret financial information and produce clear, accurate reports.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily finance and accounting operations and oversee the overall workflow of the finance group. 
  • Review financial transactions, reports, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Analyze financial reports in relation to current budgets and prior-year results. 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and established procedures. 
  • Audit expenditures and monitor financial procedures and internal controls. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and administrative reports. 
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal groups as required. 
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
